Hey, bloggers.
Today, we did some breathing and sharing emotions. It was kinda hard for me because i don't really like sharing my feelings. The meditating was relaxing and made me tired. Though, i felt better after sharing them. It felt nice for a few people to listen. Other peoples feelings were like mine. But they are private so i cant share on this. We but our left hand of our stomach, then closed our eyes, after we breathed in for three seconds, after that we breathed out slowly.
Sharing my feeling made me feel better. If you do that it might make you feel better to. Remember its okay to cry. Let it out if you want. Have an awesome holiday and week.
